The Foundation

The Foundation is the unconditional, economy-free provision of high-quality housing, food, healthcare, education, transit, and digital access to every person. It operates like air or sunlight–available by virtue of being conscious, not by earning or paying.

Technically, it relies on fusion grids, automated construction, vertical farming, and AI logistics. Socially, it removes coercion from survival, enabling genuine choice of vocation or rest. Governance ties it to transparency and redundancy; Civic Service ensures human backup when automation fails.

The Foundation is not welfare but infrastructure. It makes the Survival Problem a solved baseline while keeping dignity equal across citizens and Founders alike.
