The Frontier

The Frontier is the arena of scarce, high-impact opportunities beyond the Foundation–longevity therapies, interplanetary travel, cognitive enhancement, and strategic governance roles. Access is granted via Merit to channel ambition toward civilization-scale challenges rather than zero-sum accumulation.

It solves the Stagnation Problem by providing endless, meaningful projects–“infinite games.” Frontier access is intentionally limited by physics, risk, or capacity; Merit ensures those with demonstrated contribution steward these resources. Participants still live in Foundation housing and share Baseline dignity, preventing caste formation.

The Frontier thus replaces traditional labor markets and status ladders with purpose-driven missions, aligning personal drive with collective flourishing.
